==产品简介==

动力温控经皮给药治疗仪基于TTS核心技术, 2011年进入国家中医药管理局“中医诊疗设备评估选型推荐品目”,是唯一拥有自主知识产权的对中药具有普适性动力的创新性中医内病外治系统。其在传承传统中医学的经络、穴位、艾灸和中药穴位给药的传统知识的基础上,经过技术创新和知识创新,整合形成了现代化的疗效更优、标准化程度更高、普及性更强的中药穴治疗系统,突破了常规中药经皮用药药物浓度低的局限,通过人体穴位和经络的作用,实现患病部位的靶向用药治疗,大幅提升中药的给药效率和治疗效能。

该产品由主机、四套蒸敷盘(标配ZP222-A102型通用型蒸敷盘、选配ZP223-A102专用型蒸敷盘)、FL-A102型医用浸药膜敷料组成。

==产品适用范围与功能==

1、适用范围

产品利用动力温控作用下的力热耦合技术原理, 在给药环境完全密封的条件下,建立药物分子从皮肤到靶向穴位或经络的定向通路,实现中医穴位定向透药贴敷治疗的目标。

2、主要功能

本产品为中医穴位或经络定向透药工具,医疗机构可配合使用中药液态制剂、中药注射液、西药注射液等药物剂型进行药物定向穴位透药贴敷治疗,从而实现各病种的内病外治目标。

3、禁忌症

饥饿状态下不建议患者使用,可能出现低血糖风险;

开放性伤口部位或损伤局部肿胀明显时禁用;

有深静脉血栓形成的部位禁用,局部皮炎明显部位禁用;

皮肤对酒精过敏者禁用;

感冒发烧期间禁做肾腧穴、肝腧穴、脾腧穴;

近期血压不稳,药物控制不佳或严重高血压(收缩压≥180mmHg,舒张压≥110mmHg);

4慎用人群

血糖未控制在正常范围内的患者慎用,或在医师指导下使用;

女性生理期、孕期、哺乳期慎用,或在医师指导下使用;

==产品使用方法==

1、 动力温控经皮给药治疗仪操作步骤

开机

取出4套蒸敷盘插入设备前端接口并接通气管,接通电源,打开治疗仪后面的电源开关,此时,治疗仪控制面板显示时间为 45min( 可依据不同皮肤体质和不同环境条件,触摸每个通道对应屏幕上的设置按钮调整档位、级别等参数。)

消毒

用酒精湿巾或消毒湿巾,对蒸敷盘表面进行消毒。

装填医用浸药膜敷料及药液

首先打开医用浸药膜敷料的包装并取出其中一片,将取出的医用浸药膜敷料凸面朝上且中心孔对准蒸敷盘中心柱平铺在动力给药腔内,然后用滴管取2ml药液滴在医用浸药膜敷料上。

启动蒸敷盘

1) 用棉球或棉棒蘸取适量温开水(40°C左右),均匀涂抹在待治疗穴位的皮肤上,涂抹区域大于蒸敷盘覆盖区域。

2) 将蒸敷盘置于治疗穴位,并按下显示屏下方与蒸敷盘编号相对应的启动键,设备对应通道开始启动,并发出声响。

3) 用指腹轻轻按压蒸敷盘环状边沿(禁止按压蒸敷盘中间区域),使其紧密贴合治疗穴位皮肤,蒸敷盘吸附成功后,时间开始倒计时,该蒸敷盘启动成功。

4) 其他蒸敷盘依次按此操作。

治疗结束

1) 当治疗时间倒计时至00”分钟时,显示屏上会出现结束治疗对话框,点击结束治疗即可。

2) 用食指按下蒸敷盘接触处皮肤,让空气进入蒸敷盘,取下蒸敷盘。

3) 禁止直接扯拽蒸敷盘或者蒸敷盘的导线、探头等部位,防止损坏蒸敷盘  内的精密传感装置。

4) 用镊子取出医用浸药膜敷料,放入医疗废物箱中,用酒精湿巾或消毒湿巾洁消毒蒸敷盘。

5) 关闭电源,拔掉网电源插头,依次取下四个蒸敷盘,将蒸敷盘及导线放置在治疗仪的收纳袋中。

2、治疗仪参数设定和调节

治疗仪内置智能全自动控制系统,治疗温度、治疗时间、给药动力等相关治疗参数均为默认值,一键启动治疗后,可依据不同皮肤体质和不同环境条件实现治疗过程的智能化和全自动化。

 

根据患者实际治疗需要可手动设定和调整相关的治疗参数

 

给药动力设定:蒸敷盘启动前触摸对应屏幕上的设置图标可设定对应蒸敷盘的给药动力,分为3个级别:减弱、正常、加强(默认档位为正常)。治疗开始后需先暂停该蒸敷盘之后进行参数调节。

加热级别的设定:按上述第2项操作设置给药动力后可继续设置相应的加热级别,如不设置系统会自动根据给药动力和温度进行调整。治疗开始后需先暂停该蒸敷盘之后进行参数调节。

备注:上述第2、3项治疗开始10分钟后不能提升档位和提高加热级别,只能降低。

3注意事项 

请您详细向医疗机构告知您的既往史、现病史及用药史,由医疗机构医生来判断您是否适合本产品。

选择相对平坦的位置放置蒸敷盘,不要选择关节相对位移的部位或者凹凸不平的部位。

慎在上臂内侧、大腿内侧、小腿后面、腹部等皮肤比较松软的部位治疗。

初次使用的患者,需要密切关注患者治疗到5分钟、10分钟、15分钟时治疗穴位是否有刺痛感,如有刺痛感请及时调低给药动力档位或者温度。

手动调节治疗温度后,蒸敷盘的温度需要5分钟左右才能达到稳定温度,切忌频繁调节。手动调节蒸敷盘的温度,系统自动将本次治疗的状态转变为半自动控制,治疗温度参数需手动调节和控制。

蒸敷盘治疗超过10分钟后,只能降低治疗温度,禁止增加治疗温度。

不同治疗穴位使用的药液可能不同,务必要注意区分,避免混淆从而影响治疗效果。

请使用配合动力温控经皮给药治疗仪专用的医用浸药膜敷料作为药物载体,医用浸药膜敷料为一次性专用,禁止二次使用。

治疗结束后,注意及时清洁治疗部位皮肤,避免多余药液污染衣物。

注意治疗部位的防风和保暖;治疗结束后,可以洗澡,但禁止用力搓洗治疗部位皮肤。

蒸敷盘为耗材,标配ZP222-A102型通用型蒸敷盘用寿命大约二百四十次,专

用型蒸敷盘专供需要单独使用的个人用户,在使用寿命结束后可以返厂处理或

更换。

设备在使用中如出现故障无法正常进行治疗,建议进行返厂维修,若保修期过,我公司可以提供维修服务及合格技术人员修理的必须资料。

产品在使用寿命到期并丧失效能,性能严重落后不能满足当时需求、由于各种原因造成损坏且无法修理或无修理价值的产品可申请办理报废手续,经批准报废的产品使用单位和个人不得自行处理,一律交回产品主管部门统一处理。

本产品应用部分是蒸敷盘。

设备距离墙体不小于10cm,仪器使用完毕请断开电源开关,并拔掉网电源插头。

操作者距离设备应小于50cm进行操作,使用者距离设备应小于150cm治疗。

警告:不准许改装本设备。

 

 

==电磁兼容性信息==

1、 治疗仪在安装使用中应根据本附录中电磁兼容信息进行安装使用。

2、 必须使用由本公司提供的连接电缆及开关,本设备所使用的电源线已通过“CCC”认证。

3、 警示:除本公司提供的连接电缆及开关外,使用其它的厂家附件可能导致发射的增加或抗扰度的降低。

4、 保证(APS401)(动力温控经皮给药治疗仪)能够正常使用且保证其发射不被增加和抗扰度不被降低,请选用本公司提供的连接电缆及相关附件。

5、 对规定外的附件、换能器或电缆与(APS401)(动力温控经皮给药治疗仪)一起使用,可能导致设备或系统发射的增加或抗扰度的降低。

6、 APS401)(动力温控经皮给药治疗仪)不应该与其工作频率相同或相近的其它设备叠放使用,如果必须叠放使用,则应观察验证在其使用的配置下能正常运行。

9、 便携式和移动式射频通信设备可能影响本治疗仪的使用,在正常使用本治疗仪时,建议远离便携式和移动式射频通信设备或使其处在关闭状态。

产品维护和保养方法

蒸敷盘若有脏污,请用用酒精湿巾或消毒湿巾,对蒸敷盘进行清洁消毒;不可使劲捏挤蒸敷盘中心凸台部分;不可浸泡、水煮或高温处理;

蒸敷盘长期不使用可能会造成药物凝固从而堵塞管路。可用注射器吸入80℃左右热水,然后将注射器插入蒸敷盘气路管路里面,推压注射器让热水慢慢流入蒸敷盘管路融化分解干涩的药物。干涩的药物融化分解后会缓慢从蒸敷盘负压孔流出,反复冲洗2~3次至蒸敷盘负压孔冲洗出来的水色清澈为止。

 如发生故障,由我厂专业人士进行维修服务,任何人员请不要擅自拆开设备。

3、贮藏与运输携带

应存放于通风良好的室内,贮存温度5℃ ~ 40℃,贮存湿度≤80%。

长时间不使用本仪器时,应拔下电源插头,并用软布或塑料纸覆盖仪器以防止灰尘进入。

运输携带中应妥为包装、防震、防潮。
